Honor a tsunami hero with a solemn torchlight procession. The Inamura Fire Festival commemorates Hamaguchi Goryo, who set fire to rice sheaves to guide villagers to safety during a tsunami. Locals walk to his grave with torches in a moving tribute to disaster prevention and community spirit.
