Rock en Seine

Rock en Seine is one of France’s premier music festivals, held annually at the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud near Paris. Established in 2003, the festival has grown into a major cultural event, blending indie, rock, pop, and electronic music. Its scenic venue, a historic park, adds to its unique charm. The festival has hosted iconic artists such as Radiohead, Arctic Monkeys, The Cure, and Kendrick Lamar. Known for its diverse and cutting-edge lineups, it draws music lovers from across Europe. In peak years, Rock en Seine has attracted over 120,000 attendees, solidifying its reputation as one of Europe’s top festivals.

After checking out the bands that were attending, the decision to travel to Paris was easy. My wife and I packed our festival outfits, bought the festival and train tickets, and voilà! We had three fantastic days!

In the morning, we visited our favorite spots in Paris until the festival doors opened. After that, we had all the energy we needed to dance and jump to the music of Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Strokes, Cypress Hill, and many others.
